Oreo Crunch/ A three tier moist chocolate cake, separated by a layer of vanilla fudge swirl sweet cheese. Topped with a layer of smooth cream cheese frosting and crunch coated with a blend of Oreo and butter cookies. Served with swirls of whipped cream and whole Oreo cookies on top.

Strawberry Crunch/ A three tier moist strawberry cake, separated by a layer of vanilla strawberry swirl sweet cheese. Topped with a layer of smooth cream cheese frosting and crunch coated with a blend of strawberry and butter cookies. Served with swirls of whipped cream and fresh strawberries on top.

Carrot/One of Sweet Cheeses Specialty Cakes. A moist three tier carrot cake with white chocolate cream cheese in the center. Coated with cream cheese icing and sprinkled with walnuts.

Peanut Butter Crunch/ A three tier moist brownie cake, separated by a layer of peanut butter cheesecake. Topped with a layer of smooth peanut butter cream cheese frosting and crunch coated with a blend of peanut butter oreos and golden oreo cookies. Served with swirls of whipped cream and reese cups on top.

Pineapple Upsidedown/One of two three layer cheesecakes. Traditionally prepared as a layer cake plus sweet cheese blended with a hint of pineapple flavor. Baked in between two moist fluffy layers of pineapple upside down cake. Surrounded with cream cheese icing and topped with decorative pineapples and cherries.

Red Velvet/One of two three layer cheesecakes. Traditionally prepared as a layer cake plus sweet cheese blended with white chocolate and a hint of raspberry flavor. Baked in between two moist fluffy layers of red velvet cake. Topped with cream cheese icing. It is popularly served on Christmas and Valentine’s Day.

Tiramisu/Dual Sweet Cheese filling flavored with vanilla and coffee divided by a layer of ladyfingers. Baked atop of a crust made from ladyfingers. Topped with our house-made whipped cream and dusted with cocoa powder.

Banana Split/The only non baked sweet cheese item on the menu. Our sweetest cheese topped with fresh strawberries, pineapples, bananas, chocolate, nuts, whipped cream and a cherry to top it off. Piled high on a graham cracker crust or brownie.

Turtle Cheesecake/ Sweet cheese baked atop a chocolate caramel pecan cookie crust. Sprinkled with pecans and drizzled with caramel and a special dark chocolate.

Brownie Toffee/Sweet cheese filling flavored with butter. Baked atop of a moist brownie crust. Drizzled with caramel and sprinkled with chocolate toffee bits.

Caramel Apple/Sweet Cheese topped with crunchy apple crisp and baked atop an oatmeal cookie crust. Drizzled with caramel.

German Chocolate Cake/Sweet cheese blended with dark german chocolate. Baked atop of a chocolate cookie crust. Topped with a coconut and pecan glaze

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough/Creamy sweet cheese filled with chocolate chip cookie dough. Baked atop of a cookie crust.

Maple Bacon/Our most daring item on the menu. Sweet cheese filling blended with maple syrup. Baked atop of a brown sugar crust and smothered in bacon.

Peanut Butter/Sweet cheese blended with creamy peanut butter and baked atop of a moist chocolate brownie. Topped with smooth milk chocolate and Reese's sprinkles.

S'mores/Sweet cheese blended with milk chocolate. Baked atop of a graham cracker crust. Topped with marshmallows and torched to taste like a campfire.

White Chocolate Raspberry/Sweet cheese blended with white chocolate and a hint of raspberry flavor. Baked atop a chocolate cookie crust and topped with red berries.
